Choosing the right squeegee rubber is essential for accurate ink transfer, even ink distribution and consistent print quality. Our squeegee blades combine excellent wear resistance, flexibility and durability, making them suitable for both plastisol and water-based inks.

Single Durometer & Triple Durometer

We offer squeegee rubber in different hardness levels and constructions:

• Single Durometer: Uniform hardness throughout the entire blade. Suitable for a wide range of screen printing applications.

• Triple Durometer: A multilayer construction featuring a rigid core and softer outer layers. Provides increased stability and controlled ink transfer, making it particularly suitable for automatic textile screen printing machines.

• We cut our squeegee rubber to your required length, ensuring a suitable fit for your printing machine and squeegee holder.

  Our range covers various textile screen printing machines, including selected models from M&R, ROQ, MHM, Anatol, TAS, Schenk and Workhorse. Compatibility depends on the machine model and the type of squeegee holder.
