DTF UV A B Film SET (paper film)

UV DTF (Direct to Film) printing uses a two-part system composed of A Film and B Film, where "A Film" can sometimes feature a coated paper or plastic release backing. 

UV DTF A Film vs. B Film

• A Film (Printing Film): The base sheet or roll where the UV printer directly deposits white ink, color ink, and varnish onto a special adhesive-coated surface. Some types use a clear plastic (PET) base, while others use a coated paper backing layer.

• B Film (Transfer/Laminating Film): The transparent carrier film applied over the printed A Film via lamination. It picks up the cured ink and adhesive design to act as the final application tape when sticking the decal onto hard surfaces.
