LUMI OMEGA 5 is a violet diazo emulsion designed for creating screens in textile screen printing.

It has high resistance to plastisol, water-based and discharge inks.

It offers high resolution, edge definition and resistance to high production runs.

Excellent resolution in halftones and thin lines. 

High solids content (47%)

Violet color for better visibility and artwork inspection.

Excellent mesh adhesion.

Adequate viscosity for consistent and thin films.

Effectiveness post-sensitizing with diazo: 3–6 weeks at 20°C.

Effective with Pulsed Xenon, Fluorescents, Mercury Vapor, Metal Halide, and UV LED light.
