You can use the Mixing Base (MXR 000) to achieve pantone (c) Colors
or the Opaque base (MXR 050) to get ready to use colors for black shirts.
You can also create all different colors into the specialty bases ! 
 
For example you can make colors using the Surf Base (waterbased ink finish look) & only 6-8 % concentrated plastisol pigment !
